About Me!

Built by a nurse who stopped accepting "normal" as an answer.

I accomplished my lifelong dream and felt emptier than ever.

I graduated nursing school in 2017. Passed my NCLEX. Started my first RN job. Got married that September. On paper, everything was falling into place.

By 2018 I felt hollow.

Night shift was supposed to work perfectly. My husband and I were both on nights. We'd have all this time together. Instead, I was anxious, exhausted, and full of dread. I hated being up all night. I had FOMO while trying to sleep during the day. I hated my job but told myself "this is just the way it is."

I remember telling myself in nursing school, "Once I graduate, I'll finally have time to focus on my health." That was a lie.

I was sleeping through my days off. All of them.

The moment I'll never forget:

Patrick came in to ask when I was getting up. I looked at my phone. It was 6pm. And I just cried.

Not because I was lazy. Because I was so deeply exhausted, physically, mentally, emotionally, that I couldn't even be present with my husband. We were newlyweds and I was disappearing.

That's when I decided something had to change.

In early 2018 I committed to a workout program and nutrition plan. Not halfway. ALL in.

With it came something I didn't expect — a morning routine. The concept of taking back your day. Building habits first thing that put YOU back in control of your life before the world takes over.

Within 21 days I felt like a completely different person.

I was seeing results. I was excited to get out of bed. I was actually present with my husband again.

That was my first taste of what happens when someone stops accepting how things are and starts asking what's actually possible.

But then I watched it happen to someone I love.

After I left night shift, Patrick stayed. He's a police officer. The job is already demanding. But when he went back to nights, I slowly watched his health decline.

I'm a nurse. I know what I'm looking at. And what I was seeing did not match what we kept being told.

We went to his PCP. We tried the resources available through his work. Every single time we left with the same answer:

"Everything looks normal."

But it wasn't normal. I knew it. He knew it. And I refused to stop looking until someone actually listened.

I found a functional medicine doctor. And everything changed.

$450 just to get on the books. Months-long wait. I didn't care. I booked it.

When we walked into that appointment, it was a completely different experience. An hour-long conversation about our lives, our schedules, our routine, our food. I was challenged on choices I thought were healthy and realized some of what I was doing was actually part of the problem.

A couple weeks later we sat down to review his labs, real labs. The kind no one had ever run before.

For the first time, everything made sense.

Every symptom. Every struggle. Connected. Explained. Not "normal" just never properly investigated.

We followed the plan. Three months later, repeat labs showed markers reversing.

That was the moment I knew. This is what I was supposed to do.

Not the version of healthcare I'd been taught where you wait until something breaks and then manage it. But the version where you actually look before it's too late.

Where you listen. Where you find the why.

I became the person I needed back when I was crying at 6pm, wondering why I felt so broken when my life was supposed to be just beginning.

And I became the person Patrick needed when everyone kept telling him he was fine and he knew he wasn't.

Now I do this for women who are exactly where we were: exhausted, frustrated, dismissed, and ready for someone to finally say:

It's not your fault. And here's what's actually going on.

What Makes Me Different

I'm a registered nurse who spent years inside the healthcare system and saw exactly where it fails.

I've sat in the provider's seat. I've also sat in the waiting room as the frustrated wife hearing "everything looks normal" while watching someone I love decline.

I've lived on both sides. And that's exactly why I do this differently.

I don't guess. I don't hand you a generic meal plan and send you on your way. I look at the full picture your labs, your lifestyle, your history the way someone should have looked at it a long time ago.

I combine my clinical background as an RN with the functional, root-cause approach that conventional medicine skips over.

I'm not anti-medicine. I'm pro-actually-listening. Pro-actually-looking.

Pro-not-accepting-"normal"-when-you-know-something-is-off.

My Mission

To give you what the traditional healthcare system won't.

Real answers, real transparency, and the confidence to stop accepting "you're fine" when you know you're not.

I'm here to help you actually understand your body so you can stop reacting out of fear and start making informed decisions about how you eat, how you live, and how you take care of yourself.

Rooted in what's actually going on, not what some generic protocol says you should do.

Your worth is not a number. And your health shouldn't be managed by guesswork.

My Vision

A world where women don't wait until they're diagnosed to get answers.

Where real conversations and a real look at your lifestyle replace rushed visits and vague reassurance.

Where prevention isn't just a word in a textbook, it's the standard.

I've built a space where women feel heard, where nutrition and lifestyle are the foundation, and where you leave with more understanding of your body than you came in with.

Where the way you eat, sleep, move, and live is treated as the powerful tool it actually is, not an afterthought.
